*Unless requested, estimates entail a light stripping with a detailed scrubbing and two rinse applications. Please be specific if you desire your floors and baseboards to be completely stripped. In this case, your estimate would include a total stripping, a detailed scrubbing, two rinse applications, a thorough baseboard stripping, and two applications of floor sealant.
ALL ESTIMATES INCLUDE FOUR APPLICATIONS OF HIGH-GLOSS FINISH!!!
